Picking Boxes for a Florida Move

Heat and humidity are hard on cardboard. A box that sat in a hot St. Pete garage all summer can go soft and lose its strength. For anything heavy or fragile, start with sturdy, dry boxes and tape the bottoms well.

Wood furniture, pianos and paper all react to humidity. Keep documents and photos in sealed boxes or bins, and don't leave packed boxes sitting in a hot car longer than you need to.

Not sure how many boxes your home needs? Call (727) 328-4448 and walk us through it room by room. We'll help you land on a number before you buy.

Every interaction, from arranging our move to the moving day itself, was fantastic! They kept us informed leading up to the move, which was reassuring. We ended up using their services for two moves within a month, and each time was smooth and professional. Kris, Ray, and Marc were not only courteous but also had fantastic attitudes! They were incredibly professional and hardworking on both occasions. My family and I wholeheartedly recommend Karma Movers for anyone in need of moving services!
