1. Services

Karma Movers (“Karma Movers,” “we,” “us”) provides local moving, long-distance moving, packing, storage, piano moving, moving labor, and related services in St. Petersburg. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Karma Movers are based on the information you supply. Our pricing is based on a flat hourly rate per crew size. Final charges may vary if the scope of the move differs materially from what was described at the time of booking. Any additional charges will be communicated before work begins.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring parking and access at both origin and destination
• Disclosing all items that require special handling (pianos, safes, antiques, etc.) at booking
• Ensuring all items are ready to be moved at the agreed start time
• Securing pets and clearing pathways for crew safety

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid form of payment must be on file before the move begins.

7. Prohibited Items

Karma Movers will not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal substances, or items prohibited by federal or state law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
